DCMedia uses Internet Explorer to get the necessary settings for the proxy server.
To set these:
1. Open Internet Explorer and click the 'tools' menu (Windows 7) or the cog icon (Windows 10) and click on the 'Internet Options' option

2. In the window that appears, click the "connections" tab and then the "LAN settings" button
3. Uncheck the 'automatically detect settings' checkbox, check the 'Use a proxy server for your LAN' checkbox and fill in the proxy details
