A full version of Microsoft Powerpoint must be installed on the media player for Windows 7+
On Windows 10 you'll also need to run the dcmedia player as an administrator once.
To do this, locate dcmediaplayer.exe (usually a shortcut on the desktop, otherwise c:\program files (x86)\dcmedia\dcmediaplayer.exe), right click and select 'run as administrator'.
After doing this once Powerpoint should work, you do not need to run as administrator every time.
Alternatively, you can export your presentation as a movie and upload the movie to your account instead.
This method means you will not need to install Powerpoint on your players.
