Turn off, unplug from power and then open up the unit by unscrewing the indicated screws.Mod-End Unit Rear
Ensure that the cable (1) is firmly plugged in and the switch (2) is pushed to the left as seen in the image.
Place the back cover on and ensure the screws are tightened.
