1. Locate the Minix Z83-4 player, it will look like this (may not have wireless antenna attached):


2. As a first step of troubleshooting, try restarting the player. This can be done by unplugging the cable going into the power plug located below for 15 seconds or if you cannot access this plug, try switching it off at the power point for 15 seconds. Make sure you are unplugging the player, not the screen/TV it is connected to.

3. When the player is connected to power again, the status LED should turn green for a couple seconds, then change to blue. If no light is on, try pressing the power button seen below.


4. If no light is showing, or it is stuck on a green light. Contact support.
