These files will live under c:\Users\Public\documents\dcmedia\
The log files are named like so:
aelcdmonitor_log.txt
NOTE - there can be multiple logs make sure you get all of them.
We also need these files:
aeconfig.ini
customrs232.ini (NOTE there may be more than one of these with a similar name, make sure we get all of them )
